Jiaxiang blue limestone is also known as Tianqing Shi, Skyblue stone, China bluestone and China blue limestone. The origin is located in Jiaxiang county, China. Jiaxiang county covers 1016 square kms. There are 126 hills, taking up an area of 122.6 sqare kms. The hills mainly are located in Jiaxiang town, Maji town, Zhifang town, Mandong town and Wolongshan town. The length of the mountain is 30 kms south-north and the width is 11 kms east-west. The height of the hills is about 80-200m. Now about 9 billion tons has been verified in the whole Jiaxiang county. This is the richest area of limestone resource. According to the location and the rock age, there are 13 groups hills totally as follows: Song hill, Qiri hill, Nanwolong hill, Diaoyu hill, Mengliang hill, Hualin hill, Fuer hill, Qing hill, Meng hill, Danfeng hill, West phenix hill, Tongli hill. Most of mountain in Jiaxiang are formed in Hanwu and Aotao period. They are hydrogenic rock.
The CaO content is about 50%, MgO content 2.5-3.5%. The rigidity is 3.7-3.8, and luminosity is about 60. The density is about 2700 kg/m3. The surface color is gray or dark gray. This material has good quality. It has good weathering durability, non radiation and environment-friendly.
